Mystic Vixen

with regard to rest

November 21, 2015 5 Comments

there is one rule to follow regarding rest:

if we need a rest, we take one

from The Heart of Yoga, T.V.K. Desikachar

Of course, reference to napping is incomplete without a nod to the snuggle king, my sweet Henry.

hope your Saturday is long, lazy, luxurious and all manner of restorative.

bisous, elizabeth

I didn't actually nap today, but it was such a lazy day that I might as well have!

Oh, Henry. I still have a place in my heart for him. Daisy and Oliver are expert nappers up there. I actually DID rest a little before the Thanksgiving Cooking Extravaganza. It helps. I forget.
